"4.5 stars. Unable to get half-star on star line. I have been with Mr Meroni's office since I was sent there after Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Although I live 20 to miles away I have stayed with this office because I'm very impressed and happy with the people that work there. They're knowledgeable in their work, they're always courteous and polite and friendly. I have been very happy there until 2024 when somebody in management decided to have a person from another state review the renewals for my state. An agent from the Tennessee office was in charge of my renewal. My transaction with the agent was difficult and frustrating. She had no knowledge of the permit requirements for Miami Dade County building codes. She wanted signed contracts between me and the builders that I have never had to turn in before and she wanted a permit for painting which is not required in Miami Dade County. It was very unpleasant time for me. I will once again say I am very impressed with Mr Meroni and his office staff."
